Part L Consultation Paper and Technical Guidance Released

The consultation document on the proposed changes to Part L – the energy-efficiency part of the regulations has been published by the Department of Communities and Local Government and includes the Lighting Energy Numeric Indicator (LENI) methodology.
At the moment it seems as though every manufacturer is quoting ever increasing energy savings and jumping on the energy efficiency bandwagon in order to get you to specify their products.
